Project Summary
This project aims to train future professionals in mobile application development for the healthcare sector, focusing both on the acquisition of new skills that will allow them to improve their technical mastery of the subject in a multidisciplinary team environment, as well as on the development of transversal skills that are highly in demand in the labor market. Entrepreneurship will also be encouraged through specific training activities. As a result, these young professionals will acquire the necessary differentiation to increase their competitiveness and improve their employability in a highly demanding labor market.
This project is part of the MEDERI Living Lab (MEDICAL DEvices Research & Innovation Living Lab), an internal structure of the University Institute of Automation and Industrial Computing (ai2), established in 2014. Its objective is to create a patient-centered environment for innovation in the healthcare technology sector. In this area, the work will be part of the research line “new technologies in therapeutic education for diabetes.”
